Getting Started With Personal Training Or Bootcamp

Starting anything new can be damn scary.

Starting personal training or a group fitness class such as a bootcamp can be even scarier.

We have trained plenty of people in Wanstead who have spent weeks or even months contemplating getting started.

We fully appreciate just how nerve-racking and uncomfortable it can be before your first training session with us.

Even some of our longest standing bootcamp members had the first session jitters.

Just like many others that start, Ella had pre-conceived thoughts of how she would get on.

Driving to my first ever visit I was super nervous, mainly of standing out for being the most unfit person in room & not knowing anything about exercise.

But everyone has to start somewhere.

What your starting point in your fitness journey looks like is irrelevant to us.

What is important is making that first step.

Because after that, you give yourself the opportunity to make the progress towards your goals that you desire.

And you just might surprise yourself with how you get on.

I decided to stay because I soon learnt no one else was focusing on how fit or unfit I was, I automatically felt like I’d been going there for ages as everyone made me feel so welcome & it wasn’t intimidating at all. I felt so much better afterwards too!

If you are nervous about starting something new with your fitness, that’s totally normal. All of our members have been in that same boat and even us when we try new things.

When you do start though, you’ll thank yourself once you begin to make progress.

If you have been contemplating starting something new or have some questions about what our bootcamp is all about, then ask away!
