I’m quite a shy person so felt daunting taking that first step.

I decided to stay as I saw results pretty quickly and I found I actually enjoyed the exercise as well as having an hour to myself (without the baby)

I wasn’t told I “couldn’t” eat certain things when we talked about nutrition which helped A LOT!!!

I enjoy working out with friends, I enjoy the games and I enjoy the fact I don’t feel like I’m working out. I love the fact that I can work at my own pace (I never feel left behind) yet at the same time I push myself and I’m encouraged to do so. My fitness has really improved.

After failing to stick to other exercise routines I was nervous I wouldn’t be fit enough. I really liked the friendly atmosphere and the mix up of all the different exercises. I was surprised how quickly the hour went by.

Driving to my first ever visit I was super nervous.

I soon learnt no one else was focusing on how unfit I was. I automatically felt like I’d been going there for ages as everyone made me feel so welcome & it wasn’t intimidating at all. I felt so much better afterwards too!
