Failing ISN’T a “bad” thing.

We’re human. And enjoy food & drink which may not be productive at times towards our goals.

But we aren’t looking for you to be PERFECT.

We’d rather you be CONSISTENT.

Being 80-90% consistent with your nutrition over a matter of months is going to be x100 better than being 100% perfect with it for 10 days.

Going in with a mindset that you’ve got to be perfect is just a bunch of smoke and mirrors.

No one needs to be.

None of us are going for Olympic gold in Tokyo.

We’re far from “perfect” with our nutrition.

And to make progress you don’t need to be.

  1. Be consistent.

  2. Find an approach to your goals that works for you.

  3. And you can stick to it, the majority of the time.

That’s what going to serve you across 2019 and beyond.

Say no to the next juice cleanse.
