Easy Beef Stir Fry
A stir fry is one of our favourite go to meals to make.
Why?
Because they can be made in next to no time, bulk cooked for a few days or for a family and you can have a delicious meal all made in one pan - winning all round!
Here's one you can make when short on time on a weekday and you can easily swap the meat or vegetables out for an alternative.
INGREDIENTS:
350g beef strips
50g golden sugar
180g Fine green beans
300g Straight to wok udon noodles
Handful of pak choi
Teaspoon of chopped garlic paste
Chinese 5 spice
Soy sauce
METHOD:
Fry the beef and garlic paste together on a medium heat in some spray oil until browned.
Add the sugar and fry for a further couple of minutes.
Add in the green beans, a handful of chopped pak choi, a splash of soy sauce and a sprinkling of Chinese 5 spice. Fry together for a couple more minutes.
Add the noodles, a splash more of soy sauce and stir fry it all together for a few minutes.
